What’s in a name?

Michael Grant Gastronomy is named to honor Chef Stallard’s Grandfathers, Michael Soltess and Grant Stallard. Michael was a jack of all trades, a WWII Veteran, and a coal miner. Grant was a butcher, store manager for the A&P company, and an ordained minister. Although they were different, they shared a few commonalities. Both had a tireless work ethic, believed in and practiced their faith, and had a deep love for their families. Chef Stallard could not think of a better way for their legacy to live on than to present to you Michael Grant Gastronomy in remembrance of these great men.
